Have you seen more materials on leadership in IT. I am interested in studying this topic more from IT perspective and want to appreciate your energy.

The theme of connectivity is a common one for all of us, in fact to the extent that we often take it for granted or even discount the value. From birth we are Connected to our family and as we grow older we add the connectivity to our school friends. At a young age,we learned to play games like "Connect the Dots" and to hold hands in line so as not to get lost. At a young age we learn the power of connectivity. As adults we need to remember the importanct of staying connected. More often than not, graduates of the ALP acclaim the most important value of the program being the network they have with their class mates, with other ALP graduates, and with the tremendous network of the experts whom they meet with during the program seminars. Looking across the landscape of the industry, it is connections seeded during the ALP experience that have grown and nurtured the advancement of agriculture and in our rural communities. ALP builds trust and respect that enables strong leadership to occur.
