[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Indiana Agricultural Leadership Program (ALP) was developed to build the leadership capacity of agriculture in Indiana. ALP has helped prepare over 460 individuals to serve in a wide array of leadership capacities in local communities, statewide organizations, and business and industry with passion and commitment to advancing agriculture, the food and fiber industries, natural resource concerns and rural communities.

Investing in leadership development brings about long term results; results that make our community and world a better place – for today and for generations to come. The impact can be felt in the bottom line of the agricultural economy, in beneficial policy development and the social value brought to rural communities.

To invest in continuing this important program, connect with a community endowment in your community or consider a long-standing gift through your estate. Contact a board member for more information.
